The first logo I ever made. At the time when I was approached to design and make it, I had never made a logo. I warned the club of my lack of experience but they still wanted me to do it and trusted my drawing skills to be enough to get the job done.
That same day after agreeing to the job I downloaded Adobe Illustrator, watched some YouTube videos, and dove right in. There was a lot of trial and error, a lot of restarting entirely; but I got it done and was proud of the result.
This logo is not only special to me because it is my first, but because it is a testament to who I am as a creator. I don’t shy away from what I don’t know, but instead am drawn in by a challenge. Not only willing, but eager to tackle it head on and learn as I go. Even if I’m unfamiliar with something, I’m confident I can learn it quickly and effectively.
